As a Dipl. Kommunikation-Psychologist, Photographer and Mental-Trainier, I combined the Topic of Coaching and Art-Therapie to a new Coaching-Method - I call it right now RFC (Richarz-Foto-Coaching) The Mental Training includes Methods of NLP (neuro-linguistik-programming) Sytem-theoretie and Self-suggestion (like Autogenes Training etc.) The non-verbal kommunikation find his speach where the verbal-kommunikation don´t make sense. The process opens the unconcious inner-dialog and make it concious (aware) to cange it in the way the coachee want to. German: Als Diplom.Kommunikations-Psychloge, Fotograf und Mentaltrainer habe ich eine Coaching-verfahren entwickelt, welches Kunst- und Gestalttherapeutische Methoden in das Coaching einfließen lässt. Durch die Ausbildung zum Mentaltrainer fühgen sich ebenso Anwendungen aus dem NLP (Neuro-linguistisches- Programmieren) so wie Sytehmische Ansätze und solcher der Selbstsuggesions (wie Autogenes Training) mit ein. Die Nonverbale Kommunikation kommt dort zur sprache wo es dem Wort an Sinn fehlt. Um Unbewußte - innere Dialoge zu verdeutlichen und so zu gestalten, dass sie dem Coachee in seinem Sinne helfen.
